Shipping/Return Policy

SHIPPING
All domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Customers shall be charged a flat-rate of $X or $X for larger orders. Time of delivery is based on your location.
Customers shall receive a notification when the order has shipped and upon delivery.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Full Tank is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend that all packaging materials and damaged goods are saved and photographed before filing a claim.
Full Tank is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS
Full Tank accepts returns up to 3o days from the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new, unopened and unused packaging,with the original tags and labelsstillattached. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.


REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the company.


EXCHANGES
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, Full Tank is happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email XXX within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.


RETURN SHIPPING
For ease and convenience, Full Tank offers free return shipping and customer-initiated returns. To return or exchange an item, simply click on our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code. Choose the product you wish to return or exchange, the quantity and the reason for the return or exchange. Print the pre-paid return label, securely package the item and send back item using provided label. 


ORDER CANCELATION
Orders cannot be canceled once it has shipped. Please see Returns.
